Last week, we traded our laptops for aprons and teamed up with Genesis Hellas in downtown Athens. Instead of crafting digital campaigns, we prepared 120 warm meals for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Genesis Hellas is a local nonprofit that provides weekly food support to those in need in central Athens. Every Wednesday, they bring together volunteers to cook and distribute meals—a mission we were proud to support.
The experience was a refreshing change from our usual routines. There were no meetings or metrics—just genuine teamwork, heartfelt conversations, and the joy of giving back.
Volunteering with Genesis Hellas reminded us of the power of community and the impact of small acts of kindness. We’re grateful for the opportunity and look forward to participating again soon.
