With more than 35 years of history, PALSO (Panhellenic Federation of Foreign Language School Owners) has been synonymous with quality education across Greece. Its logo on school signs has long been a seal of trust for parents and students. Yet, in recent years, the rise of private home tutoring challenged the Federation’s position, offering lower costs and greater flexibility.
Together with SCL Mellon, PALSO set out to redefine its role in the modern digital landscape. Through a bold, content-first strategy, the Federation strengthened its reputation, rebuilt trust and became the conscious choice for students, parents and educators once again.

SCL Mellon launched the first ever TikTok channel by an educational federation in Greece. Through creators and edu-tainment content, learning became fun and approachable. From humorous street interviews and travel guides to vocabulary challenges and word games with a native English speaker, PALSO built an active community of young learners who interacted with enthusiasm.

For parents, we created educational articles, videos, infographics and polls that emphasized the benefits of organized learning and the security of certified centers. Content addressed core questions such as “Why choose a Language School?” and “Why do PALSO certifications make the difference?”.
