Social Mellon successfully delivered a capacity building workshop for digital fundraising on the 29th and 30th of May, which was organized by Social Dynamo at the co-working space at Serafeio. The two days training was specially designed for NGOs and featured best practices, useful tools and consulting tips aiming to strengthen the capacities of over 40 participating NGOs.
Social Dynamo, a joint initiative of the Bodossaki Foundation and the City of Athens, offers learning, professional support, networking and co-working space supporting civil society actors in Greece.
Social Mellon delivered a tailored workshop for fundraisers of civil society organizations and non-formal groups of citizens, as well as for executives who deal with communication and fundraising on their administrative tasks. During the training, participants had the chance to learn how to use digital tools in order to successfully fundraise their projects and get creative ideas for their fundraising strategy planning.
